The steps

Conceiving and modeling new ultralight structures would be nothing without the possibility of being able to assess them concretely, both in terms of specific implementation and that of the expected properties.

We carry out internally all the tools necessary for the development of our concepts, whether during their design or their own manufacturing.
We implement and in shape the basic materials identified and chosen at the end of validation according to the defined protocols.

Initial design

Creation of the first models on the basis of defined specifications.

Development
of tools

Internal manufacturing of molds and necessary tools.

Prototyping

Implementation of raw materials (pre -prepreg, thermoforming, etc.)

Validation


The prototypes are analyzed and subject to validation if they satisfy the initial objectives.

Optimization


If necessary, improvements and optimizations are made to meet the fixed specifications.

Techniques

From design to the realization of innovative structures, EC3D masters all stages for more confidentiality.

From machining to the implementation of associated materials and techniques such as:

  • Metal products forming
  • Resident of fibrous products,
  • Implementation of Prepreg (Epoxy, Phenolic, Cyanate-Ester) based on glass fibers, para or meta-aramid, carbon fibers,
  • 3D weaving of ceramic fibers ...
